Our work with iconic beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury on their clienteling app was recognised with three trophies at this year’s Retail Systems Awards.
We took home the prizes for:
- In-store innovation of the year
- Technology project of the year
- High street trailblazer
for delivering a clienteling app which allows makeup artists to:
- Deliver fully digitised makeup consultations that capture customer data and measure lifetime value
- Create customer profiles in their own ‘Beauty Book’
- Browse inspiring looks for make-overs, capture before and after photos and get permission to re-use images within the makeup artist’s portfolio
- Email the products used in a consultation to the customer so they can go back and purchase at a later date
- Send communications to customers to alert them to back-in-stock products and upcoming event
- Use a step-by-step consultation ‘wizard’ to guide them quickly through a consultation to the point of sale which can be completed either in the device or at POS
